CONSTANTINE PAPPAS

Constantine is a management consultant specializing in people, culture, and organizational and leadership development. He has over thirty years of experience across a diverse range of industries and geographies whom he has supported via his firm, People Priority.

Constantine specializes in talent management, strategic planning and change implementation, with a particular focus on organizational psychology.

He has successfully led transformation projects in the aerospace, FMCG, professional services, sustainable energy, medical devices, insurance, financial services, education, software and IT, the public services and pharmaceutical sectors.

Prior to consulting, Constantine held senior leadership positions in numerous corporate organizations. He was President of Global Leadership & Talent at FIS Systems, where he introduced and embedded talent initiatives. This included partnering with Cornell University in developing and launching high potential programs. Before joining FIS Systems, Constantine headed up talent and people strategy in Asia for Thomson Reuters, based out of Hong Kong. He started his career with Procter & Gamble; progressing into senior sales and supply chain leadership roles prior to leading organizational development, during his ten years at P&G.

Constantine is passionate about making a difference to the lives of underprivileged children through targeted intervention, leveraging the resources and support of his clients. He partners with the New South Wales Police in providing grants, and employment and mentoring programs for underprivileged youth in Sydney.

His personal mission is fourfold:

Constantine values humor, making things ‘light’, and getting people to take uncomfortable action, celebrating in their continual personal growth.

He received an Award of Distinction from the Order of Australia for contributing to a vision for Australia and community engagement. He holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Management from Monash University.

Constantine lives with his partner just outside of Sydney, Australia.
